How to Get Away with Dinner
Pssst…this week’s plan has a few of my favorite tricks that help me get a yummy, healthy dinner on the table. Tuesday’s pasta sauce, a hearty beef and pork ragu, morphs into Thursday’s chili over a freshly baked potato. Wednesday’s Carrot-Ginger soup is very simply simmered on the stovetop and then finished off in the blender. And, the dinner rolls are made with store-bought whole wheat pizza dough – seriously!
