I'm in! All in!
The Whole Life Challenge starts tomorrow, September 13th, and I’m in. It focuses you on the key areas of your life that easily creep towards what I refer to as “tilted” - they are out of balance. The goal is to restore balance through real daily habit changes that you can learn from and work into your life. You can check it out here Whole Life Challenge
but, here are the CliffsNotes:
Lay off sugar, most dairy, and processed foods.
Move more – exercise 3-5 times per week and at least 10 minutes everyday.
Achieve lifestyle balance through practices like more sleep, reducing tech in your day, reflecting and supporting others.
Take your vitamins.
We have some of our Real Family Real Food members doing it as well so you will see occasional WLC notes and tips in recipe descriptions. Monday’s Shrimp and Saffron-Lemon Brown Rice

are WLC friendly - and also dinnertime hits at my house. Infact, there are two slowcooker dinners this week - it keeps me out of the kitchen and fridge!
I must confess that in preparation for the start, I’ve been eating as though I’m headed for prison. I’m already thinking about what my one fantastic cocktail will be on Saturday night… This tells me that, obviously, I’m tilted. I’m all in for creating a bit more balance in my life, learning more and feeling great!
