Just letting the ingredients sing with simple preparations – that’s what’s up this week. No need to over do it to get rich flavor. This week we are roasting – both quick and slow – with a little oil, salt and pepper. We are roasting chicken, pork, potatoes and mushrooms all with the same basic approach. Simple. Real.

 

Strategy Session:

Tuesday’s roasted chicken is a doubler for use Thursday – super time saver.

Wednesday’s frittata serves 6-8 so be prepared for some leftovers.
