Eating Your Way to Feeling Good

Well, as of 8:30 AM, Monday morning, everyone will be back where they belong.  I’ve had tons of family time, eaten enough cheese to fill the pool, knocked out 5 birthdays, gotten great photos, new boots (!), and a few pounds.  Now, a few days and nights of detox are just what the doctor ordered. But, no nasty shakes or cleansing liquids for dinner – No! We are going to do it naturally with detoxifying foods, portion control and... our handy dandy meal plan.
