Thank you! The responses are coming in from our survey and I am finding the data overwhelmingly encouraging and super helpful. You are using Real Family Real Food to make your days a little easier, less stressful and more organized. That was the mission!
I am also finding your comments super helpful. In fact, I am already incorporating some findings this week. Monday’s Prosciutto Egg Cups is a great dinner recipe that can roll right into breakfast or the lunchbox. Tuesday’s Turkey Meatloaf and Thursday’s Meatballs are a lighter choice for this time of year but still pack so much flavor from the vegetables we snuck in there. And, finally, Wednesday’s quickie Mediterranean Pitas are my personal favorite – I’m a sucker for this flavor profile – cold, crunchy, tangy veggies with earthy hummus wrapped in a warm, soft pita? Aw ya.
