Who's on first?
I can’t even answer that – I have no time! Everybody seems to be going in opposite directions and I am finding that I need to be in three places at once – and those are the three that I remember!! As much as I would like to just pull the kids from school and start summer vacation right now, I won’t. And, as much as I would like to just eat out every night this week, I can't. My goal is to eat together twice and with this plan I can do it.
The kids are completely jacked up with end of the year parties, beginning of the season parties, school plays, playoffs, graduations, bridging, Open House Nights, etc. I will have no extra hands at dinner time. So, I am turning to some useful ingredients – frozen veggies, high quality- low sugar tomato sauce and whole wheat pizza dough. All still wonderful Real Food products that will shave some precious time.
