The Pantry is where we store the real workhorses of Real Family Real Food plans. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), salts, vinegars and a few more. The list to the right is full of items that we will reference each week. Always check your shopping list first to make sure you are well stocked.

The Pantry is also my secret weapon. Keep it stocked and you will never get that afternoon ache as you wonder what on earth you will do for dinner.
